Lost clubs are kept behind the counter in the clubhouse once they are turned in. We do not rent these clubs to the public to insure they are kept in the same condition they were found. Clubs are kept stored until the end of the calendar year (Dec. 31st), after this time it is our policy these clubs are subject to be donated to local groups that help to support the game of golf and its player development. If you believe you have lost a club recently please call the clubhouse at (614) 879-7880 to inquire about our inventory.
Items such as clothes or electronic devices are also kept behind the counter in the clubhouse once turned into the clubhouse. Electronics are kept in the same condition they were turned in and NEVER given away. Clothes and other accessories are kept until the end of the calendar year (Dec. 31st), after this time it is our policy these items are subject to be donated to local groups that collect clothing for the less fortunate. If you believe you have lost an item recently please call the clubhouse at (614) 879-7880 to inquire about our inventory.
